Who are we looking for
We are looking for an IT Architect with experience in ICT consulting, capable of designing robust and scalable software architectures, managing and overseeing technology projects, and actively contributing to code development. The ideal candidate is a curious and technology-passionate individual, able to act as a bridge between clients and development teams, ensuring that proposed technology solutions are aligned with business needs and implemented using best technical practices.
Responsibilities/Sprecific functions

Software Design and Development: Define scalable, high-performance, and secure system architectures, actively contributing to code writing when needed.

Software Lifecycle Management: Oversee and coordinate development, testing, and deployment phases, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the implemented solutions.

Requirements Gathering and High-Level Design: Collaborate with clients to translate their needs into concrete software solutions, supervising technical design and architectural decisions.

Project Monitoring and Management: Ensure compliance with timelines and budgets by coordinating the development team and managing any technical issues.

Technical Leadership: Support and mentor the development team, promoting best practices, quality standards, and technological innovation.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Explore and integrate emerging technologies such as AI, LLMs, and Co-Pilot AI to enhance the delivered solutions.
Key Requirements

Experience: At least 12 years in the ICT sector, with a focus on software design, development, and IT project management.

Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in software development and deep knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, Node.js), cloud architectures, microservices, and DevOps.

Problem-Solving Ability: Strong aptitude for identifying effective solutions to complex problems and optimizing system performance.

Excellent English Proficiency: Able to communicate effectively with international clients and partners.

Experience with AI and Emerging Technologies: Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), artificial intelligence, and AI-driven tools to support software development.
