Who are we looking for

We are looking for an IT Architect with experience in ICT consulting, capable of designing robust and scalable software architectures, managing and monitoring technology projects and actively intervening in code development. The ideal candidate is a person who is curious and passionate about technology, able to act as a bridge between customers and development teams, ensuring that proposed technology solutions are aligned to business needs and implemented with technical best practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES/SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS

  • Software design and development: Defining scalable, high-performance and secure system architectures, intervening directly in code writing when necessary.
  • Software lifecycle management: Monitor and coordinate the development, testing and deployment phases, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the implemented solutions.
  • Requirements gathering and high-level design: Working with customers to translate their needs into concrete software solutions, overseeing technical design and architectural choices.
  • Project monitoring and management: Ensuring adherence to time and budget, coordinating the development team and managing any technical criticalities.
  • Technical leadership: Supporting and training the development team, promoting best practices, quality standards and technological innovation.
  • Innovation and continuous improvement: Exploring and integrating new technologies such as AI, LLM and Co-Pilot AI to improve the solutions offered.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: At least 12 years in the ICT sector, with a focus on software design, development and IT project management.
  • Technical skills: Direct experience in software development and in-depth knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Java, Python, JavaScript, Node.js), cloud architectures, microservices and DevOps.
  • Problem-solving skills: Aptitude for finding effective solutions to complex problems and optimising the performance of systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of English to interface with international customers and partners.
  • Experience with AI and emerging technologies: Familiarity with large language models (LLM), artificial intelligence and AI-driven tools to support software development.
  • Passion for technological innovation and digital transformation, with a proactive approach to finding cutting-edge solutions.

Preferred requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or Change Management
