Who are we looking for

We are looking for a Senior or Middle Backend Developer profile highly skilled in big data and/or stream processing.

RESPONSIBILITIES/SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS

The candidate will have solid experience in developing complex, scalable applications capable of handling large volumes of data in real time.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

At least 5 years' experience in backend application development
Thorough knowledge of at least one of the following programming languages: Java, Scala, Python
Experience in using big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Cassandra, MongoDB
Knowledge of stream processing architectures such as Apache Flink, Apache Storm, Apache Beam
Experience using relational and nonrelational databases
Ability to work in a team and interface with other technical teams
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

That would be a plus:

Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
Experience in using containers such as Docker and Kubernetes
Knowledge of machine learning and data mining techniques
