Who are we looking for

A Senior Fullstack Software Engineer with at least 5 years of experience, able to combine advanced technical expertise with strategic vision, ready to take project ownership and lead development teams in innovative and challenging environments.

Responsibilities/Sprecific functions

  • Lead fullstack development with a focus on Angular (JavaScript/TypeScript) and a backend in Java/Spring Boot.

  • Contribute to the entire Software Development Lifecycle: from requirements analysis (high and low level), to architecture, development, testing, and release.

  • Perform code reviews and promote development best practices.

  • Ensure code quality and stability by executing unit and integration tests, with careful attention to bug fixing.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable technological solutions.

  • Mentor junior team members, supporting their technical and professional growth.

  • Identify opportunities for innovation by integrating solutions based on AI, LLMs, and AI copilots.

Key Requirements

  • Frontend: Angular (deep knowledge of TypeScript, RxJS, modular architectures).

  • Backend: Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, REST APIs.

  • Tooling & DevOps: Maven, version control systems (Git), CI/CD.

  • Other languages: C++ (a plus).

  • Proven experience on complex enterprise-level projects.

  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), AI applications, and developer co-pilot tools.
