Who are we looking for
We are looking for aย Senior UX and UI Designerย who will surprise us with their creativity and resourcefulness, to be permanently integrated into our UX&UI team. As UX and UI Designer, you will be responsible for supporting the planning and design of multimedia and interactive experiences according to the principle ofย Human Centered Design. Our team works having a deep understanding of the needs, requirements and expectations of the users who will benefit from our solutions, respecting the requirements of sustainability, inclusion and accessibility.
You will be responsible for creating innovative and intuitive design solutions that improve user interaction with our customers’ products. This role requires a deep understanding of UX methodologies, solid experience in using UX mapping techniques to analyse and optimise the overall user experience and in designing engaging user interfaces. The ideal person will have a strong ability to influence the design process and act as a consultant to our high-level clients, providing strategic solutions that meet their business needs.
Responsibilities/Sprecific functions
- UX design and development: driving user research, the creation of personas, and the use of UX mapping techniques such as Customer Journey Maps and Empathy Maps to ensure that UX solutions are deeply rooted in real user needs;
- Creating high-fidelity layouts and interfaces with a strong focus on usability and accessibility, without neglecting the aesthetic and creative component;
- Strategic consulting: Offering high-level consulting to customers, helping them understand how UX/UI solutions based on mapped data can be exploited to achieve their business goals;
- Design wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes using the main visual design tools (Adobe XD, Adobe CC, Miro, etc.);
- Design, organise and integrate Design Systems of medium to high complexity;
- Cross-functional collaboration: working closely with product, engineering and marketing teams to ensure that design solutions are technically feasible and in line with business needs.
Key Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of user research methodologies, personas creation, journey mapping and rapid prototyping.
- Skill in applying graphic design principles to create visually attractive interfaces. Proficiency in the use of colours, layouts and typography.
Technical Requirements
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Adobe CC, Figma, and Miro.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for effective collaboration with development teams.

Experience with design systems and accessibility standards.

Consulting skills: high-level consulting experience with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels.

Analytical and creative skills with a problem-solving approach.

Understanding of fundamental UX processes (interviews, personas, user tests, research, discovery, etc.).

Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Knowledge of Jira and Confluence tools.

A strong portfolio that showcases your background.

Good command of the English language.
Education:
-
Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field, or at least 8 years of proven experience in UX/UI.

Educational background in Design or relevant professional experience, with a strong focus on UX/UI topics.
